We are currently expanding our team, would you like to come and work with us?

Looking for a virtual assistant/community facilitator

(this could potentially be split into two roles depending on skill sets)

 
Assistant to our founder (Amisha):
Supporting with diary management
Sending images/bios/uploading with partners and collaborators when required
Sending out regular email newsletters
Creating social media graphics
Planing ahead for the next months
Making sure collaborations and small tasks don’t slip through the gaps
fielding questions

Keeping an overview of project timelines for the year ahead and ensuring we stay on track

 
Community facilitator for The Future Is Beautiful:
sending out regular emails
weaving engagement and connection in the community
planning events (online for now)
expanding our collaborations for our learning platform
overseeing the project management of building a new community platform
managing volunteers and their projects
 
 
Skills/qualities:
Highly organised (actually loves organising people)
Loves the values of the work of The Future Is Beautiful
Confidence & initiative to get on with things and see how things can be improved
Outreach for partnerships & collaborations
Event coordination
Enjoys connecting people and cultivating community
Can bring vision and see the bigger picture for the project rather than just working through a task list
Good with tech and happy to be doing a computer based role
